Monday is Conditioning Quadruplets!

Let’s get ready to MOVE and SWEAT!

First, we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU for sticking with us during this time when we can’t physically be at the gym.  We have learned a lot each each day and are ready to come back even stronger!

Let us know if you want to join in on any of our virtual classes for Kettlebell Sport, Yoga, Kids Yoga, Kids fitness and the Wellness Group.  If there is anything else you might like, let us know!  We also might be hosting a little “TR Happy Hour” this week to stay tuned!

We pre-recorded a few workouts on Sunday, so you can watch them anytime!  This way, we eliminate any “technical issues” we may run into during some of the live workouts.  Let us know how you like it!

Conditioning Quadruplets:

30 work /15 rest x 4 rounds

Quadruplet #1

  • High pull or jumping pull ups
  • Squat press or squat thrust
  • Knees 2 chest or bicycles
  • Cardio choice 

REST 2 Minutes

Quadruplet #2

  • Chair steps or smaller steps
  • Crawl or plank
  • Lateral steps or skaters
  • Cardio choice

Finish with 1 Time through each exercise 20 work /10 rest!
