Saturday’s Conditioning!

Here are the details:

Pick 1. cardio:

  • Advanced Start with 220m
  • Intermediate  200m
  • Beginner 160m

Timer is set for 2 minutes.

Each 2 minute interval you add 20  meters (bike 40m) until you can no longer complete your set in under 2 minutes!

This can also be done w/ Burpees start with 12, 10 or 8 and add 1 burpee every 2 minutes!

Jump Rope is half the meters in reps and add 10 revolutions every 2 minutes!
