Saturday is conditioning day…
Joint mobility and Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.
Here is your conditioning for the day!
Do 20 seconds of work and rest for 10 seconds…
Do 2 rounds of each movement then move on to the next one.
After completing all 8 sets, rest for 1:30
- squat thrusts
- kettlebell high pulls
- bear crawl or mountain climbers
- bike/row/ski/jump rope etc..
Do a total of 6 rounds of the entire thing with 1:30 rest between each.
