Ten Minute Conditioning Sets
These conditioning sets will be set up in couplet format.
Friday at The Training Room is a conditioning focus, and this one can be done 2 ways.
10 minutes of work with a 2 minute rest between each couplet, or we can do 10 sets of 40/20 intervals for each couplet.
Either way works out to be the same amount of work.
Here are the couplets:
Couplet 1
- Ten calories ski or 100 versa climber
- 10/10 step ups
Couplet 2
- Ten calories row or 100 yard run
- 10 burpees or 20 slam/sledge hits
Couplet 3
- Ten calories bike or 100 Jump rope revolutions
- 20 swings or 10/10 clean or snatch
