Conditioning Supersets

Friday’s Conditioning workout brings us a nice mix of all the fun Training Room tools!

Your Intervals are 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 4 rounds each superset!  That’s 8 Total Sets!

You will rest 1:30 between each set…

Conditioning Supersets

Superset #1 (40/20 x 4 rds)

  • Ski
  • Twist

Superset #2 (40/20 x 4 rds)

  • Bike
  • slam ball or sledge hammer

Superset #3 (40/20 x 4 rds)

  • Step up, JR, Run
  • Plank or Mountain Climbers

Superset #4 (40/20 x 4 rds)

  • Rower
  • Bicycles or knees to chest
