Your Intervals are 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 4 rounds each superset! That’s 8 Total Sets!
You will rest 1:30 between each set…
Superset #1 (40/20 x 4 rds)
Superset #2 (40/20 x 4 rds)
- slam ball or sledge hammer
Superset #3 (40/20 x 4 rds)
- Step up, JR, Run
- Plank or Mountain Climbers
Superset #4 (40/20 x 4 rds)
- Bicycles or knees to chest
