We’ve got your conditioning supersets for Friday!

We’ll be going with 20/10 intervals on this one.

Here are your stations…

5 Rounds of each superset.(10 sets total)

Resst 1-2 minutes between each set.

Superset 1

  • Jump pulls
  • Mountain climber or shoulder taps

Superset 2

  • Rower (5 sets)
  • Slam (5 sets)

Superset 3

  • Jumping jacks
  • Air/drop squats

Superset 4

  • Skaters
  • Bulgarian bag or twist

Superset 5

  • Bike (5 sets)
  • Ski (5 sets)
