Your Superset Intervals:
20 work/ 10 rest x 10 rounds
Set 1
- Swings, light deads, or broad jump
- Crawl;
Set 2
- Quick steps
- Dumbell or kettlebell push-press, or shoulder taps
Set 3
- JR or JJ’s
- Bicycles or knees to chest
Set 4.
- Run in place
- Kb clean squat or drop squat
Set 5.
- Lateral hops, or step overs
- Double knee tucks
BONUS ROUND 1 x through each exercise 20 work / 10 rest
