Conditioning Supersets

Thursday brings us some GREAT Supersets!

…And potentially some snow!

Your Superset Intervals:

20 work/ 10 rest x 10 rounds

Set 1

  • Swings, light deads, or broad jump
  • Crawl;

Set 2

  • Quick steps
  • Dumbell or kettlebell push-press, or shoulder taps

Set 3

  • JR or JJ’s
  • Bicycles or knees to chest

Set 4.

  • Run in place
  • Kb clean squat or drop squat

Set 5.

  • Lateral hops, or step overs
  • Double knee tucks

BONUS ROUND 1 x through each exercise 20 work / 10 rest
