Let’s kick things off on Monday with an incredible conditioning workout!

Monday’s Conditioning Triplet Workout:
20 work /20 work /20 work x 3 rounds
Repeat each 3 Minute Set AGAIN!
Then a bonus rounds of 1 x through each exercise at 30 seconds of work each!
- swing, clean, snatch, single leg deadlift (right)
- swing, clean, snatch, single leg deadlift (left)
- Mt. climbers or crawl
- Kettlebell or Dumbell push press (right)
- Kettlebell or Dumbell push press (left)
- Jumping Jacks
- Box step ups or lunges (right)
- Box step ups or lunges (left)
