Conditioning Triplets

Congrats to TEAM TRAINING ROOM for pulling it through and winning our division for the Tug-of-War this weekend!  Amazing performance, teamwork, strategy and camaraderie!  Good times all around!

Next up is the Warrior Challenge October 30th… Are you registered yet?

If you don’t have a team not to worry, we have a list of FREE AGENTS looking to be placed on a dynamic and fun team.  Also looking for volunteers, always fun to lend a helping hand.  Let us know!

Monday’s Conditioning Triplets:

Intervals:

30/25,30/20,30/15,30/10,30/5

Triplets 1)

  • Steps, skaters, agility ladder or jumping jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Air squats, drop squats, surfer squats

Triplet 2)

  • Ski 
  • Swings
  • Crab toe touch, bicycles, knees to chest

Triplet 3)

  • Abdominal twists
  • Burpees
  • Bike

Rest 2min between each Triplet!
