Conditioning Triplets

We’ve got an incredible conditioning workout for your schedule on Monday!

Quick update on the High School/Middle School Athlete Class in AVON:
  • This program will now begin on January 4th due to student/athlete schedules

Monday’s Conditioning Triplets:

Intervals:

30/25,30/20,30/15,30/10,30/5

Triplets 1)

  • Steps, skaters, agility ladder or jumping jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Air squats, drop squats, surfer squats

Triplet 2)

  • Ski 
  • Swings
  • Crab toe touch, bicycles, knees to chest

Triplet 3)

  • Abdominal twists
  • Burpees
  • Bike

Rest 2min between each Triplet!
