Monday’s Conditioning Triplets:
- Steps, skaters, agility ladder or jumping jacks
- Mountain Climbers
- Air squats, drop squats, surfer squats
- Crab toe touch, bicycles, knees to chest
- Abdominal twists
Rest 2min between each Triplet!
