Conditioning Triplets

It’s an interval conditoning focus on Wednesday and these conditioning triplets will be done as intervals.

Here are the following intervals for each round of each triplet,

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 30/15
  4. 30/10
  5. 30/5

Your triplets will look like this.

Triplet 1

  • Steps, skaters or Jumping jacks
  • Mountain climbers
  • Air/drop squat

Triplet 2

  • Ski erg
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Crab toe touch, bicycles or knee ups

Triplet 3

  • Twist or Bulgarian bag
  • Burpee, squat thrust or slam
  • Bike

2 minutes rest between each triplet.
