MONDAY IS Conditioning Day!
40sec Work/ 20sec Rest x 3 Rounds at Each Triplet
Triplet #1:
- Ski
- Swings
- Knees 2 Chest (any other Ab Choice)
Triplet #2:
- Rower
- Slam Ball
- Skaters or Lateral Steps
Triplet #3:
- Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- Air Squats or Drop Squats
- Crawl/ Mountain Climbers or Plank
