Today is conditioning day!
Triplets: Alternate between the three movements in each station 30 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 4 rounds at each station.
30/20 x 4 rounds
2 min rest between triplets
- Step-up or agility ladder / slam ball or sledge hits / Twist or crab toe touch
- Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks / Swings / Drop or surfer squats
- Squat thrust (no jump) / pull up variations/ 1/2 burpee or double knee tuck
