Conditioning with Minimal Equipment
As far as we’re concerned, some of the best sessions are with minimal equipment. You don’t need much to get the job done.
Tuesday is a conditioning day at The Training Room.
We’ve got minimal equipment Conditioning Triples lined up.
Twenty Seconds of each movement without stopping for 3 rounds (3 minutes)
(20/20/20) x 3 rounds (3 minutes)
WE can sub any kettlebell movement with a body weight movement.
- Kettlebell Swings or step ups right
- Kettlebell swings or step ups left
- Mountain climbers or sit through
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Squat press
- Jumping jacks or jump rope
- Body weight squat,drop squat or squat jump
- Half burpee, push up or knee tucks
Rest and repeat the entire process.
