Thursday is conditioning day…
We will pick 3 different items and go through the following intervals 2 times at each item.
You can…
- Row
- Run
- Ski
- Bike
- Jump rope
- Kettlebell swings etc
- Your favorite body weight conditioning move
Here are your intervals:
Complete all intervals before moving to the next
Take 2 minutes rest between exercises
- 15/15
- 30/30
- 45/45
- 60/60
