Thursday is conditioning day…

We will pick 3 different items and go through the following intervals 2 times at each item.

You can…

  • Row
  • Run
  • Ski
  • Bike
  • Jump rope
  • Kettlebell swings etc
  • Your favorite body weight conditioning move

Here are your intervals:

Complete all intervals before moving to the next

Take 2 minutes rest between exercises

  1. 15/15
  2. 30/30
  3. 45/45
  4. 60/60
