Here’s your Friday Couplet Challenge…
20/16/12/8/4 or 20/15/10/5 reps/calories
Complete one and move on to the next.
Couplet 1: Alternate between the two completing the above reps
- Ski or squat thrust
- Box step ups (pick your height)
Couplet 2: alternate between the two completing the above reps or calories
- row or run (block,buidling,building, main st, main st)
- slam ball or bulgarian bag
Couplet 3: alternate between the two completing the above reps or calories
- Bike or Jump rope 100/80/60/40/20 revolutions
- skaters or lateral steps ( back and forth =1)
