We’re going primal today!
We’ll give you a few options from beginner to advanced on this workout.
We’ll start with our joint mobility and kettlebell warm up to get the juices flowing.
We had nice group this morning with the G Man, JFK and John Reilly duking it out on the rope.

- 100 yard power wheel walk, or bear crawl
- Either 10 modifed rope climbs (up and down is 2 reps, or 3 full tower rope climbs)
- 100 kettlebell swings or 100 yard walking lunge
