Today is conditioning day and we’re keeping it simple.
6 stations and 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each one.
Complete 6 rounds at each station, rest one minute and then move on to the next one.
Here are your options at each station
- Rower
- kettlebell or dumbell push press
- Drop squats or surfer jumps
- abdominal choice
- kettlebell snatches or kettlebell swings
- Bike, jump rope, or versa climber
