Get ups coupled with weighted pullups.  I used the same weight for the get ups and pull ups and did a decending ladder couplets.

  1. Get ups r/l and pull ups: 24kgx5
  2. Get ups r/l and pull ups: 28kgx4 
  3. Get ups r/l and pull ups: 32kgx3 
  4. Get ups r/l and pull ups: 36kgx2 
  5. Get ups r/l and pull ups: 40kgx1
