Decending Conditioning Ladder

Tuesday is a conditioning day and we got this sweet conditioning circuit set up in the form of a decending conditioning ladder!

There will be a combination of cardio machines, body weight movements, and medicine balls involved.

Your intervals per round will look like this…

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 3015

Here’s the circuit…

  • Row
  • Squat thrust, burpee or slam
  • Bike or run
  • Squat press or wall ball
  • Ski
  • Step up, walk lunge or sled
