DECK OF CARDS + CARDIO!

You will have roughly 30 Minutes on the clock to complete a full deck – each suit being a separate exercise.  If you get done your reps early you can do a light jog or hold a plank until the rest are finished!  Usually Jokers are Burpees (but they are already incorporated into the workout) so Jokers now will truly be a WILD CARD!  Let’s go!

  1. Squat Thrust or Burpee
  2. Skaters or Side Steps or faster paced Lunges
  3. Jump Rope x’s 4 / Jumping Jacks x’s 3
  4. Ab Choice (mt. Climbers, Knees to Chest, Walkout, Powerwheel or scooter, sliders, deadbug, birddog)
