Deck of Cardios

Friday is a conditioning focus, so how about some deck of cardios??

This one will include a combination of both kettlebell and body weight variatons with some timed cardio intervals.

Exercises will be… 

  • ♥ Swings,clean, high pull or snatch
  • ♠ Squat thrusts or slam
  • ♦ Drop squats, air squats or jump squats
  • ♣ Cardio for time

Timed cardio will look like this:

  • Aces 45 seconds
  • 10′ s or face cards 40 seconds
  • 8-9’s = 35 seconds 
  • 6-7’s = 30 seconds
  • 4-5’s = 25 seconds
  • 2-3’s = 20 seconds 

Jokers=Burpees or Plank

We will go through the entire deck and then some.
