Deck of Cardios
Friday is a conditioning focus, so how about some deck of cardios??
This one will include a combination of both kettlebell and body weight variatons with some timed cardio intervals.
Exercises will be…
- ♥ Swings,clean, high pull or snatch
- ♠ Squat thrusts or slam
- ♦ Drop squats, air squats or jump squats
- ♣ Cardio for time
Timed cardio will look like this:
- Aces 45 seconds
- 10′ s or face cards 40 seconds
- 8-9’s = 35 seconds
- 6-7’s = 30 seconds
- 4-5’s = 25 seconds
- 2-3’s = 20 seconds
Jokers=Burpees or Plank
We will go through the entire deck and then some.
