What better day than to start with a Deck of Cards Cardio workout!

Lots of options for everyone!

Each suit is a different exercise selection… we ALWAYS shuffle the deck!

  1. Swings, Jumps, Snatches
  2. Squat Thrusts or Slam Ball
  3. Jump Rope (x4) or Jumping Jacks (x3) or Timed!
  4. Air Squats or Drop Squats

As always Jokes = Burpees or Cardio Choice for Time or Calories
