Each suit is a different exercise selection… we ALWAYS shuffle the deck!
- Swings, Jumps, Snatches
- Squat Thrusts or Slam Ball
- Jump Rope (x4) or Jumping Jacks (x3) or Timed!
- Air Squats or Drop Squats
As always Jokes = Burpees or Cardio Choice for Time or Calories
