If you have not heard (or seen) already, the Manasquan Facility had a little accident!  But NO ONE got hurt!  And it is always good to make light of what could have been so much worse!  We are thankful for Mike, Mike and Jim who took time Friday afternoon to to clean up the mess & the construction crew who got it all boarded up in time to run the 5PM Class!

TUESDAY’S KICKER IS…

DECK OF CARDS CARDIO

You will have roughly 30 Minutes on the clock to complete a full deck – each suit being a separate exercise.  If you get done your reps early you can do a light jog or hold a plank until the rest are finished!  Usually Jokers are Burpees (but I see that they are already incorporated into the workout) so Jokers now will truly be a WILD CARD!  Let’s go!

  1. Squat Thrust or Burpee
  2. Skaters or Side Steps
  3. Jump Rope x’s 4 / Jumping Jacks x’s 3
  4. Ab Choice (mt. Climbers, Knees to Chest, Walkout, Powerwheel or scooter, sliders, deadbug, birddog)
