And now for the FUN…


This is a CLASSIC and really effective strength workout!  

Exercises are:

  1. Squat & Press Kettlebell, Dumbell, Medicine Ball
  2. Kettlebell Rows, Ring Rows or Pull Ups
  3. Single Leg Deadlift, Cleans, Snatches or Bird Dog
  4. Knees to Chest or Abdominal Exercise of Choice (something YOU feel is effective)

As always, face cards are 10 reps, Aces are 12, and Jokers are 10 Burpees (or Jumping Jacks till everyone else has completed their burpees).  Example: If we pull an 8, 4 and Jack of Spades in a row, the total number for that exercise is 22!  Good Luck and let us know how you do!
