Kettlebell or Body Weight Deck of Cards Workout
There has been a large request for the Deck of Cards workout.
SO, here you go!
This one can be done with a kettlebell, dumbbell or just your own body weight.
You can also mix and match both!
Here are the movements…
- Cleans, snatches, Sing leg deads/body weight hinges, supermans, or birddogs
- Kettlebell or dumbbell push-press, or push-ups/down dog press
- 1 arm rows or ring rows/pull ups
- Abs (your choice)
Jokers (choice)
- 10 burpees
- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 50 revolutions on the jump rope

Thank you! Love the gigantic cards! Run them up to the camera in case we miss the number…Sometimes on the reply the vid stops (prob my connection) so if you could repeat the number again while we are in the movement that would be great! And can you wait for me finish the burpees 😉 Thanks again!
