Kettlebell or Body Weight Deck of Cards Workout

There has been a large request for the Deck of Cards workout.

SO, here you go!

This one can be done with a kettlebell, dumbbell or just your own body weight.

You can also mix and match both!

Here are the movements…

  • Cleans, snatches, Sing leg deads/body weight hinges, supermans, or birddogs
  • Kettlebell or dumbbell push-press, or push-ups/down dog press
  • 1 arm rows or ring rows/pull ups
  • Abs (your choice)

Jokers (choice)

  • 10 burpees
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 revolutions on the jump rope
