Today we have a 30 minute challenge for you.
Get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of the following movements.
- 50 kettlebell push presses 25r/25l
- 50 kettlebell snatches 25r/25l or swings
- 50 squat thrusts
- 50 calories (row,air dyne,ski erg)
Be smart about your weight choice!
Keep your form perfect and don’t smoke yourself out!
