Here’s an example of Density Training. This is a very effective and time efficiant way of training. The whole idea is to get as many sets of the two selected exercises in a time period. For example, The workout below using kettlebell swings and ring pushups was executed for 15 minutes while keeping track of sets (score). The next time this workout is executed, I will try to beat my score. This workout can be done with any two exercises coupled together. Set your timer and let it rip.
