Descending Cardio Intervals

Saturday’s conditioning focus will be descending cardio intervals.

We’ll be doing following 6 movements as a circuit with the listed intervals  below.

Here’s what the circuit will look like:

Circuit

  • Ski erg
  • Swings
  • Bike erg
  • Push press (dumbbells or kettlebells)
  • Row erg
  • Rotational slam, twist or Bulgarian bag

Descending Intervals for each round

  • 60/30
  • 50/25
  • 40/20
  • 30/15
