Descending Cardio Intervals
Saturday’s conditioning focus will be descending cardio intervals.
We’ll be doing following 6 movements as a circuit with the listed intervals below.
Here’s what the circuit will look like:
Circuit
- Ski erg
- Swings
- Bike erg
- Push press (dumbbells or kettlebells)
- Row erg
- Rotational slam, twist or Bulgarian bag
Descending Intervals for each round
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
