Descending Cardio Intervals
Friday brings us a CLASSIC Training Room Descending Cardio Intervals Workout…
PERFECT to do anytime, and even if you are prepping for Friday’s Beers & Bells Competition (6pm in Manasquan)!
Just try not to go too hard and burn yourself out too early and you can use this workout as a warm up for your event if you choose! If you are going ALL OUT make sure that the intensity INCREASES as the intervals decrease… You are Welcome!
We also have… October 9 will be the Manasquan Inlet Intracoastal TUG of WAR (Team TR will be defending the title). AND… Warrior Challenge is going down October 30th!
Here are your intervals for Friday’s Cardio Workout:
30/25, 30/20, 30/15, 30/10:
And your Exercise Choices:
- Swings or Jumps
- Kneeling slam
- Jump or high pull
- Crawl or Mt
- Air squat or drop squat
- Crab toe touch or sit throughs or an twist (bulgarian bag fans)
- JR, JJ or Run
- Squat thrusts or Inertia Wave
