Let’s do 4 rounds, each round the intervals decrease in work and rest. Try to INCREASE the intensity EACH ROUND!
60/30, 50/30, 40/30, 30/30:
- Pull-up hold
- Squat hold
- Overhead Kettlebell, Dumbbell or odd object (sandbag, slosh pipe, keg…)
- Supermans weighted hip bridge or low back extention
- AB walkout holds
REST 2-3min:

Cardio or Kettlebell sport choice
