We did this one 2 weeks ago.

Warm up with 5 minutes of joint mobility and then two rounds of kettlebell/body weight warm up:

  • 10 swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 high pulls
  • 5 press
  • 5 squat
  • 5 thrusters
  • 5/5 one arm row
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Round 2:

  • 4/4 swings
  • 8 push ups
  • 4/4 cleans
  • 4/4 press
  • 4/4 squat
  • 4/4 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Grab a heavier bell and do 10 rounds of:

Option 1

  • 15 kettlebell swings
  • 5/5 kettlebell push press
  • 5 pull ups, assisted or weighted pull ups

Option 2

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 5/5 kettlebell push press
  • 10 ring rows or pull ups
