We did this one 2 weeks ago.
Warm up with 5 minutes of joint mobility and then two rounds of kettlebell/body weight warm up:
- 10 swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 high pulls
- 5 press
- 5 squat
- 5 thrusters
- 5/5 one arm row
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Round 2:
- 4/4 swings
- 8 push ups
- 4/4 cleans
- 4/4 press
- 4/4 squat
- 4/4 one arm rows
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Grab a heavier bell and do 10 rounds of:
Option 1
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 5/5 kettlebell push press
- 5 pull ups, assisted or weighted pull ups
Option 2
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 5/5 kettlebell push press
- 10 ring rows or pull ups
