We’re going with DOCS for strength on Tuesday.
This one will be a great follow up to Monday’s 10,000 meter challenge.
There will be both weighted and body weight options for you to choose from in this deck of cards strength session.
Here are your movement choices:
♥ Swing, clean, deadlift choice or bird dog
♦ Press or push up variations
♠ Kettlebell row, ring row or pull up
♣ Abs or cardio for time
Cardio for time wil l look like this…
- Ace: 45 seconds
- 10’s or face cards: 40
- 8 and 9: 35
- 6 and 7: 30
- 4 and 5: 25
- 2 and 3: 20
