10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps
- Dumbell thrusters
- pull ups
- Push ups (power, ring or regular)
- low back
- sit ups
Partner up on this one and alternate.
Complete all sets 10-1 at each station before moving on to the next.
You go, then your partner goes.
