Here’s what we’re doing.

Partner kettlebell 5×5

5 reps and 5 sets of each movement

Alternate each set with your partner

If you don’t have a partner, run through this circuit style

  • Get ups: 5 on each side
  • Front squats
  • Double kettlebell press
  • Double kettlebell clean
  • Swingset,power wheel or hanging knee raise 10 reps x5
