We have a two mini challenges for you…
We will first warm up with a kettlebell and body weight circuit warm up.
Here are your two 10 minute mini challenges…
Challenge 1: Get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of the following movements.
- 10 calories on the rower, ski erg or air dyne bike
- 10 squat thrusts
- 10 pull ups
- 10 slam ball or sledge hits (only if you are good at them)
Rest 3 minutes
Challenge 2: Get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of the following movements.
- 10 shuttles or fast step-up
- 10 push-up knee-ups
- 10 air squats, drop squats or sq jumps
- 10/10 russian twist
