We have a two mini challenges for you…

We will first warm up with a kettlebell and body weight circuit warm up.

Here are your two 10 minute mini challenges…

Challenge 1: Get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of the following movements.

  • 10 calories on the rower, ski erg or air dyne bike
  • 10 squat  thrusts
  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 slam ball or sledge hits (only if you are good at them)

Rest 3 minutes

Challenge 2: Get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of the following movements.

  • 10 shuttles or fast step-up
  • 10 push-up knee-ups
  • 10 air squats, drop squats or sq jumps
  • 10/10 russian twist
