We have a Double Challenge for you!

2 x 15 Minutes Challenges

Here they are:

Challenge #1 – 15 Minutes

  • 250 Meters any Cardio
  • 20 Step Ups or Lunges
  • 15 Mt. Climbers or Crawl 15 Yards
  • 10 High Pulls
  • 5 Half Burpees

REST 3-5 Minutes

Challenge #2 – 15 Minutes

  • 250 Meters any Cardio
  • 20 Swings
  • 15 Crab Toe Touch or Sit Throughs
  • 10 Jumping or Assisted Pull Ups
  • 5 Squat Press

Get as many rounds of each Challenge as you can in 15 minutes!  Remember to maintain safe body control during all exercises!
