Double Challenge Monday

Monday we have TWO 12 Minute Conditioning Challenges!
LET’S get right to IT!
Challenge 1)
  • 10 squat thrusts or slam
  • 10 High pulls or jump pulls
  • 10/10 mountain climbers
  • 10 cals cardio choice

Challenge 2)

  • 10 drop squats
  • 10 half burpee or knee tuck
  • 10/10 twists or 10 Bulgarian bag
  • 100 JR, or 50JJ’s

You will rest 2-3 minutes between challenges.  How many GOOD rounds can you get?
