Double Challenge
We’ve got a double challenge for you on Thursday!
Two mini challenges…
Each one is a fifteen minute AMRAP
It looks like this:
2 x 15min AMRAP
AMRAP 1
Get as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes…
- Row or Run 250
- 20 mountain climbers
- 15 drop squats
- 10 push-ups or 1/2 burpees
AMRAP 2
Get as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes…
- Ski (250) or Bike (500)
- 20 Twists, Bulgarian bag or mace
- 15 swings
- 10 squat thrusts
Each of these can also be done as a 40/20 circuit x 4
