Let’s get right to it!  Saturday is DOUBLE the FUN!

Here are Saturday’s Strength and Conditioning Circuits:

Double Circuit

30 work /20 rest x 4 Rounds

Circuit # 1

  • Squats
  • ring row, pull-ups
  • Knees to chest
  • run, JR, JJs

Circuit #2.

  • Swings, jumps
  • Push-ups
  • twists
  • cardio choice

You will complete 1 BONUS Round with 1x through each exercise as an 8 set Circuit!

You will work for 1 Minute followed by 1 of Active Rest 

  1. Cleans, Snatches, Swings or Supermans
  2. Push Press, Kettlebell Jerk or Hindu Push-Ups
  3. Long Cycle (Clean & Press), Alternate Back Lunges or Step Ups

Rope Flow, Jumping Jacks, Small Steps, Jog in Place, Jump Rope, Marching…
