Rounding out this week of workouts with a great combination of a little strength and conditioning circuit!

Remember to get on the boards for our January Challenges!  We have already seen members improve tremendously in just a week!  It’s all about setting some small goals and then making a little bit more effor teach day to work towards them!

30 work /20 rest x 4 rounds

  1. Squat press
  2. 1arm row or ring row
  3. Twist
  4. cardio

REST 2 Minutes

  1. Swings or deadlifts
  2. push-ups
  3. knee to chest
  4. cardio
