Rounding out this week of workouts with a great combination of a little strength and conditioning circuit!

DOUBLE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CIRCUIT
30 work /20 rest x 4 rounds
- Squat press
- 1arm row or ring row
- Twist
- cardio
REST 2 Minutes
- Swings or deadlifts
- push-ups
- knee to chest
- cardio
