Double Conditioning

Thursday is a conditioning focus, so here’s a some double conditioning to light your stoke your fire!

Mike will NOT be doing a 5 am class, but you know what to do if you still want to train.

Brian will be covering Mike’s 6 and 7 and Vivian the 9.

The first part will be a stationary conditioning circuit, but you will alternate between the stationary circuit and the machines.

For example, do 2 rounds of the staionary circuit, then take 2 minutes rest and move to a machine(row) to do 10 sets.

Rest 2 minutes, then back to the staionary circuit for 2 more rounds.

Rest 2 minutes and then back to a different machine (bike).

Keep repeating this process until you’ve completed 10 sets on each machine and 6 total rounds of the staionary circuit.

Follow?

20/10 x 2 rounds of the following movements

  • Squat or drop squat
  • Push up or half burpee
  • Swing or hinge jump
  • Mountain climbers
  • Jumping jacks or Pegs

Part 2 will be machines…

20/10 x 10 sets on each machine.

  • Ski
