It looks to be another awesome week of weather.

We’ve got some great training lined up for you this week.

We’ll start off the week with a bit of conditioning.

Warm up with some joint mobility and a two round circuit warm up.

We’ll set up two separate circuits and do 4 rounds of 30 seconds work/20 seconds rest.

Circuit 1: 30/20×4 rounds non-stop

  • Dumbell push press
  • kettlebell swings
  • mountain climbers
  • quick step ups

Take one minute rest after you complete the 4 rounds

Circuit 2: 30/20×4 rounds non-stop

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • battling ropes
  • drop squats or box jumps
  • shuttle run
