We’ll be starting the week with a conditioning session.

We’ll be revisiting our double conditioning circuit.

Start with a two round circuit warm up…

20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 2 rounds…

  • ring rows
  • body weight squats
  • push ups / second round half burpees
  • kettlebell swings
  • jump rope of jumping jacks
  • bicycles / second round mountain climbers
  • choice of shuttle run, row, ski erg, bike or jump rope
Here’s your double circuit..

Do 4 rounds of each circuit 30 seconds work/20 seconds rest…

Do 4 rounds circuit A, rest for 3 minutes and then perform 4 rounds of circuit B

Circuit A

  • Shuttle run, fast step-ups or stairs
  • fast assisted pull-ups or regular pull ups
  • Kettlebell or medicine ball clean squat
  • Mountain climbers or slam ball

Rest 3 minutes…

Circuit B

  • kettlebell swings
  • squat thrust
  • Russian twist
  • Row, run, ski, bike or jump rope
