Hey TR friends.

We’ll be training outdoors in Long Branch today so dress for the occasion.

We’re expecting large groups, so this should be a blast.

The surface is hard packed sand, so prepare to get a little sandy.

Today’s workout is a double conditioning circuit.

30/20 x4 rounds (double circuit)

Circuit 1

  • battling ropes or sledge hammer hits;
  • kettlebell high-pull
  • 1/2 burpee
  • shuttle run, Jump Rope, or Jumping Jacks
Rest 2-3 minutes

Circuit 2

  • Squat thrust
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Mountain climbers or crawls
  • Agility ladder
