Double Conditioning Circuit
Wednesday is a conditioning focus, so we’ll be bringing you these heart pounding double conditioning circuit circuits.
Intervals will be set a 40/20 x 4 rounds of each circuit
Circuit 1
- Jump pulls
- Knee tucks or 1/2 burpees
- Drop or air squats
- Bike
Rest 2 minutes
Circuit 2
- Ski or versa climber
- Lateral steps (skaters, step overs, agilities)
- Dumbell push press
- Swings
