Here’s a Training Room Classic.

We’ll be doing our Double Conditioning Circuit today.

This is another great workout for a large or small groups of people and will get lots of work done in a short period of time.

We’ll start out with a two round circuit warm up.

We’ll break the groups down into tow groups(A and B) and run two different circuits at the same time.

We’ll  do 4 rounds of 30 seconds work/20 seconds rest non stop at circuit A, rest for 2 minutes, and then move on to circuit B and do the same.

Circuit A: Do 30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop.

  • Jumping or kipping pullups
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Jump rope, jumping jacks or sprint in place
  • Russian twist

Rest 2 minutes.

Circuit B: 30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop

  • Dumbell push press
  • kettlebell clean/squat
  • Rower
  • Slam ball
