Yay for conditioning day! Even better, we’re doing your favorite double circuits of forty twenty.
Let’s give the heart and lungs some love on Monday!
Here’s what it looks like.
We will alternate between circuit 1 and circuit 2.
Circuit 1: Stationary on the turf (40/20 x 3 rounds)
- High pull or hinge choice
- Squat press
- Skaters
- Mountain climber
- jumping jacks or jump rope
Circuit 2: (40/20 x 3 rounds)
- Row
- Bike
- Versa climber or Shuttle run
- Ski
- Step ups
