Happy Monday!
It’s a good thing Patty Bells was here at 6am to get the group started. I slept right through my alarm.
Start out with some joint mobility, and then do a two round kettlebell warm up.
Today we’ll go with heavy doubles
5 sets of 5 reps with or without a partner.
If you are going solo, circuit through.
If you have a partner, alternate and finish each movement before going on to the next.
- Double kettlebell front squat
- Pull ups (assisted,body weight or weighted)
- Double kettlebell press
- Ab choice (3×10)
- Low back extension (3×10)
