Today was a strength day

Here's what I did

5 sets of 5 reps of

  • Double kettlebell front squats
  • Pull ups (20kg's)
  • See Saw press
  • Double kettlebell 1 leg DL
  • Swing set knees to chest

I used 24's for the first 2 sets and then double 28's for the last 3.

This was done circuit style with minimal rest between movements

Tomorrow we head back out in the ocean for another long row
